The second meeting should be much like the first and disable the door until you rest again or X days pass. Not sure why it did that, but I'll have a fix for it soon. It looks like it didn't flip the second trigger after the second meeting played out which was causing that problem so should be a pretty easy fix.
Edit2: Found further issues with this sequence of events. Turns out the reason you were able to re-enter the war room after the second meeting is that it never turned off the 1st meeting's switch that controls the events. And because you re-entered it, it flipped the switches for her new clothing back on but not the event that controlled that sequence of events since it's self switch was already triggered the first time. All should be fixed now, gonna put the complete patch out to resolve it! Thanks for letting me know about this.
