Meh, probably her biggest strength IMO is her quick movement but she has no realy range attack.

Distraction is good, but not the best in the game. It can be really good when combined with connect, but still not as good as perfume or whistle I think..
Connection is really nice, but beside an ability to disable key sentries with chained accidental kill it's a pretty standard - perhaps a bit more easier double kill to pull of then with other characters.
Mind control... it's ok. I think it's cool but I find relatively little of practical use for it.

Every character has strengths and weaknesses, she's good when you have her, but she's useless when she's not in the mission, obviously. It's not really OP as you can't legit play with her in every mission, each level is also balanced around existing characters on it, so it kind of makes sense they perform well.

Her weakness is lacking of range weapon which she does fix with good melee compo with link. Mind control again leaves her expose for attacks if not in good hiding place, and in harder difficulty having just 2 health leaves her quite weak.

Personally i think Hector is bit op for having 4 hp even on hardest, unlimited supply of healing. With in right area he can clear even bigger patch of enemies alone.

Most kills and always landing 68%+ in every mission
can solo longcoats
insane diving from using soullink+cat
mind control sentry and attacking soul linked longcoat to get an ez kill
ends mission in 12-17minutes earlier where in other strats u gotta clear rooftops.
....i dont know about you cowboyz if u guys telling me that she isnt OP then i'll believe you and take my win and leave

How does it make it easier then shooting a long coat? Do it with kate or doc and it's silent.

In my playthroughs characters playtimes tend to be split fairly evenly. Her kill animation if fairly long so I prefer to do a stabbing with someone else when in the hurry.

It's not like you can pick which character you want to bring for a mission.
She might be strong but each mission she appears in is designed around her kit and that of other characters tagging along.

OP or Not? Just depends on how you use each character. In my play Hector is a Tank so I think he is OP but then again you still need supporting characters to finish the mission and each can carry their own or should I say have their own flavor.

Well imo she is not OP, but is definitelly a strong character. Luckily she appears in only 6 missions.
She can kill 2 targets at once, even longcoats, yes. She can sneak in every place, thanks to her cat. SHe can crouch very fast( which i think is a bit unrealistic, since she is an old woman. Devs should've made her crouch slower, like MCcoy). She doesn't have a gun. In dark missions it's ok since can sneak behind the target very easy, but in sunny missions it's not that easy.

That said... her mindcontrol does completely break the 2nd to last mission. I really think they shouldn't allow mindcontrolling the objective.

They are all OP aside from Doc. Isabelle, while OP, is still quite a lot of fun to play, Hector is OP in a way that lends itself to boring gameplay.
I wish I could play this game with the more limited Shadow Tactics characters, even though the game is not designed for that I'm sure I could still find a way to get through it that way - up until the last puzzle.

Wut? The guy with most powerful non-lethal ability and best gun?

¿non-lethal?
Doc is not in the only level where there's any reason to bother with that. His gun is very good yes, but that's his main use, so I don't think he is OP. I ended up not using his bag much, so I might have overlooked the power of that by just opting for other methods.

Sleeping granade? It's quiet, it has big radious. It might have one use, but this one use tends to be a key to solving the biggest problems quickly and quietly.

Also prone body dragging. "Did someone called the undertaker?" Yes, someone did. Now bag those bodies and hide them in those bushes. If Mimimi would only fixed it, so he wouldn't stand up like a dummy afterwards.

Maybe it's just that the other characters were so powerful that I didn't notice just how powerful Doc is, but with all the other characters I often found points where they could completely cheese parts of levels in a way that I never did with Doc.

All characters are OP when used properly at the proper time so none are, really. They just...are.
