A question about mission One Hell Of A Night
I do not understand the story here. Whether the game does not explain or I am missing something. What exactly happened the previous night?

You can piece together a lot of it as you go through the level... From memory, they took an ox from the pen (letting the others out), used it to drag a cannon into town, blew a hole in the bank (where the ox kicked Doc in the face and knocked him out, and the guards saw it coming through the smoke and thought it was 'Satan') and then dragged the safe out and down the street.

Then they passed out :P

I think the whole mission alluded to Hangover

That is the point. Even the charakters dont know what happend. But there are alot of hints on the map to what they did in the night.

I don't even know how cannon were outside and bank vault

Apparently they dragged the cannon from the guard post, also for some reason a barber took a tooth out of the wrong person, the livestock is all over the place, the bank got robbed
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Forgetting everything because of being drunk is one of the biggest lies of people though. Every movie and game also use this but it does not seem that much possible. I think people find a reason to hide their bad behaviors and they blame alcohol.

While I do agree its overblown by Holywood, there is some truth to it, apparently statistically after a heavy drinking knight to the point of passing out, around 70% of the people could only recall separate images of the last night without a cohesive memory, but no it ain't to the lvls of amnesia that are often displayed.

It is possible, you must have never been drunk enough to lose the tape, so to speak. You can have complete blank intervals in your memories, which you will never remember, I remember at one New Year's Eve I was with my friend, we were returing from our friends, to the train station, but he at one point said that we have to make sure that zombies aren't tracking us. And the mf goes to the nearby field or sideroad anyway, plugs his ear to the ground and then rises his head in shock and says that: "they are coming, I can hear them" it's been almost 10 years since then, he doesn't remember any of this. His brain started to record memories again when he was at the train station.

With amnesia, at least some kinds of amnesia, the memories can return. With hangover of the caliber, there is nothing to return.

It's also *strongly hinted* that the Sheriff's daughter has drugged your drinks to manipulate you into stealing the money (she even runs off leaving a letter at some point during the mission).

It seems like Rozzie (Sherif's wife Hector wakes up with) drugged our heroes and made them rob the bank. What you see on the map is aftermath of the night. Not their finest work.
