1) Make sure you dont knock anyone out, ever
2) Do not set off any alarms to avoid putting more guards on the map (I think this might be what glitched it for me)
3) To kill the long coats, you clear the map first, then quickly gattle gun down the longcoats before they can set off the alarm
After that, I got the badge on mission completion
Edit: other posts have said you may need to clear everyone in the first part (with just Cooper) and then kill everyone again when you have Cooper + Kate
I can't see anyway to handle these without either knocking them out or raise the alarm.
Now I've got the badge! I think the problem was that I didn't clear everybody in the first part.
The guy guarding 3 ladies is tricky, but I used a tied body trick for that. Either knock and tie a civilian or an enemy (if you do that with enemy you have to remember to kill him later) and put the tied person on the left side north from bushes (just make sure he won't disappear in bushes especially if its enemy or it won't count as kill!) When the guard is by the left lady get his attention with the coin and he will walk toward the body (noticed tied characters won't raise the alarm). Kill him and use Kate to perfum the ladies so they won't see anything.
Starting an alarm shouldn't break the badge, but you will have more enemies to kill.
Now I tried Sleepy's way. and missed 13... got 64/77
When I got the badge I played on normal. It worked for me, but it seems many people have issues with this one.
However, it's still buggy. I killed every single enemy on the map, and even triggered some guardhouse to check if they were the missing ones, but it didn't work. (Max count, and killed count both went up with 3.)
I did the following on Desperados difficulty:
1. Killed everyone I could with Kate, by dropping them of ledges.
2. Killed the rest of the enemies with Cooper in the "only-Cooper" part (except guardhouses, which I didn't trigger).
3. Killed everyone during the last phase. I even triggered an additional guard house by dragging a civilian to a zone and waiting until she woke up and discovered a body. It didn't help, max and killed count both went up by 3.
Should I kill everyone with Kate only, or what?
Someone, please find a solution, this is frustrating as hell. I did this map for like 3 times now.
Kill no one at the Kate only part. Kill all with Cooper (except the guard next to the 3 ladies, and the guard with a civilian in the area with the disguise). Then kill all with Kate and Cooper. Didn't trigger the alarm except when using the gattling gun to take out the long coats.
* The key is to kill EVERYONE (except civilian) when Cooper's part, then save Kate, then kill everyone (except civilian) again.
* Triggering alarm is fine. I triggered alarm killing 2 long coats with gatling. Pop up 5 guards and killed them also.
* Tying someone first then killing them after also fine.
* My trick with 1 guard 4 civilian is to use Kate to talk with guard, then lure 2 of civilians with tied guard (to get near), then knock both out. Finish the rest with throwing knife and Kate knocking other out.
* Played on Beginner level (usually play on hard, but just want a breeze), its 69/69 enemies killed.
