Whiskey Bug in LVL3

Hello! I don't know if anyone experienced the same thing but here it is.

In level 3 you can interact with the whiskey barrel to put some of Hector's stuff in it but nothing happens when I do. Then the maid comes to take the whiskey and nothing happens to the target.
Am I doing this wrong or is this a bug?

I don't know if there are multiple ways of solving this, but if not, you are doing wrong =)

There is poison on the second floorl of the Whorehouse (the tiny bottle, press H if you can't see it) you have to add that to the whiskey to kill Wild Marge.

there is no bug. cooper clearly says that hector's drink isn't strong enough to kill her. you have to take the poison on 1st floor.

if you look around the town some civilians have question marks above their heads, this mean you can stand near them and listen to their conversation. They will give you a hint on how to approach each target. The two ladies on the balcony talk about a location you can grab a 'poison' bottle. It is a bit strange though that you have the option to pour some of Hector's drink into the barrel instead.
