Headline (One sentence): Intro cutscene to the level is stuck and missing parts of the level.
Full description:
When loading into the level from the previous level the cutscene would no progress when I hit skip scene it the proceded to run another scene with hints of what to do during which i noticed the estated structure was invisible only some of the interior object I could see and the enemies which renders the level unplayable.
Steps to reproduce this bug (if known): unknown

EDIT: Update just ran a integrity check and after the game downloaded 16 files it all works fine

- Showdown mode is bugged. When you issue a run command outside of it, the character starting from crouching position will then stand, run, then crouch again when he arrives. In the showdown mode, they will run only if they are standing. If they are crouching, they will slowly crouch along the path you order them to. It's a massive bug, due to how insane amount of enemies you programmed on every level.
- There are no waypoints in showdown mode. You have a key "save waypoints" which allows you to set up a route for the character to take, as long as there isn't an object like a ladder between the markers, then the path gets deleted, another bug. In showdown mode, this feature doesn't exist, so the character will always take the shortest route to the final marker you place, essentialy getting itself killed, for reasons obvious and mentioned above.

Bad quality control for 50 euro game.
Probably you just locked your function keys. Simply press Fn + ESC to toggle or look up how it works on your keyboard.
That was not the point - not pausing enemies is fine, it's still pausing your characters in their tracks (which imo is not fine).
I don't remember how it behaved w.r.t. player's characters in Shadow Tactics though.

Full description: when i press ctrl on the paper in game for the tutorial hint, it doesn't show the picture, only a dark opacity window with the word "close" if i click it, nothing happen, and i can exit the window, and the game, only with alt F4

theres a floating rock that can be seen only under certain zoom / perspective in the blowing up bridge mission

During The Devil is in the Details challenge, the guard that can be knocked out by the horse have problems finding his way back to his path after being knocked out by the horse. This happened I think every time I tried knocking him out with the horse over different saves.

His vision cone is marked as gray apart the little bit, which is weird. What's more it acts on partially as grey - it can't see Hector, however he will notice money if I throw it.

Usually being on a high ground puts player in the grey vision cone. In this instance however, the vision cone is still solid and guard even can spot me on the pointy part of the roof, where the cone is not displayed at all.

When the main characters are together and crouched down. They keep moving. as if they couldn't be in the same place. This causes you to be discovered when you're in a bush or some small place

Same problem here but would say it's a major problem when all the enemies stop moving ! :

Full description: First the enemies move in a strange position. No steps and move slower.
Then they don't walk at all, all map at the same time. Can't make them move again... Yellow sight lines don't appear anymore.
Steps to reproduce this bug : Unknown. Bug happend during the capture Devitt phase of the mission. Reloading the save or even and older Quicksave doesn't solve the problemn neither switching shadow mode on/off. Even with reloading the game. This problem was only encountered in this map.

Headline (One sentence): Black screen after finishing level
Full description: After finishing a level, a black screen with only the cursor is shown. Nothing happens, the application does not respond to any input other than moving the mouse and can only be closed, e.g. using Alt+F4. If the final cut scene is skipped, the screen sometimes freezes on the cut scene instead of a black screen. Badges for the level are not recorded.
It still worked in the 'Flagstone' mission, every mission since then I get this crash with every finished level. After restarting the game, the next mission is unlocked though.
Steps to reproduce this bug (if known): Finish a level, wait until the moment the mission stats+badges should show up.
