All the images can be found in the "SWF" files of the games.
To edit them:
1. Download JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler.
Download this version[github.com].
2. Go to the "actions" folder of a game.
The SWF files for the games are located in the "games/[NameOfTheGame]/TalkshowExport/project/actions" folder.
3. Image editing
In the "shapes" section, you can replace existing game images. To do this, right click on the shape you want to edit, hit "Export Selection" and export it to SVG and PNG formats.

SVG is usually superior, as it does not lose quality and rarely causes problems, but they are somewhat difficult to edit. Adobe Illustrator is recommended for editing (remember to use the "Convert to outline" option and use SVG Tiny 1.1 profile when saving the final version).

PNGs are easier to edit (any image editor should do), but they sometimes cause problems (for example, they sometimes generate white lines or show a square instead of the image). However, not all images are SVG. Some are PNGs transformed into SVG, in which case it is convenient to simply edit the PNG.

Once your image is edited, simply go through the same process as when you exported it, but selecting "Replace Selection" and choosing your edited image. Remember to save the file and test your edited image in-game.

They're all there, in the "Shapes" section. Only ones that aren't there are the ones from the Final Round of Survive the Internet. Those are in "games/SurviveTheInternet/content/STIPhoto". Not sure if changing those will also change them in Jackbox.tv tho.

...then I don't know what to tell you, sorry.
If I had to guess, since you don't have the game on your library, you have an outdated
pirated version of the game.

If that's the case your friend has to have a "content" folder on "SurviveTheInternet". That's just how the files are. Don't know what else to tell you.

Can confirm. with the following path starting with Steam, (Steam > steamapps > common > The Jackbox Party Pack 4 > games > SurviveTheInternet > content > STIPhoto)

That being said, my only question is if it' possible to replace each image without causing a big chaotic mess in the coding.

As long as you're replacing the images, yes. Make sure that they're the same sizes though, just in case. Nothing should happen if that's not followed, though.
