Having trouble unlocking Merc challenge 1

I'm currently attempting Merc challenge 1. I'm not sure how to best diagnose this with the community without providing my exported game file, so I'll provide the info I can and perhaps you can help me figure out where I've gone wrong.

Order Mercenary: check
R190: check
Chrono Loading Upgrade: check
Archon unique building: check, I'm using E3300 to get the Nexus
50,000 Research Points Used: Check, I'm at nearly 51,000. 7500-ish points in each tree, 5750 from Forbidden.
1e25 mana regen: check
Avoiding all chaos/order upgrades: Most likely problem point, but I've been re-checking and nothing seems off. I avoided any non-order heritages/advanced heritages, and I only picked researches that were either completely neutral or associated with angels/undead/dragons, nothing from any chaos/balance factions.

This took a while to set up, so I'm reluctant to just try again, especially since I don't know where I went wrong.
