Could someone give me some tip how to get 7777 automatic click within 5min.
Could I guess I need to be elf..

elf...elf bloodline and you need cast elf spell all the way

Elfline mercenary build, using Moon Blessing and Drow 6 to help unlock the lineage asap. You'll get 15 clicks from Moon Blessing, 15+ from having at least 15 lvls of elf lineage, and 9 from elf perk 1 for a total of 39+ clicks/second. It takes 3m 20s once all that is in place to get the 7777 clicks, so as long as you can do it in less than 1m 40s you'll be fine. Elfline Elf isn't a thing unless the wiki is wrong about not being able to pick the lineage of the factions you're currently using
