Are most builds and templates outdated?

I am trying to find a good build as my selfmade Mercenary with focus on Fairy starts hitting a wall at e58 gems and found this page: https://realm-grinder.fandom.com/wiki/Merc_Builds

However, importing templates from there, I end up with completely different builds. The first one, called Mana Storm, for instance, says it uses Fairy Cuisine and Kind Hearts from the Fairy upgrades, but when I import the template, it selects Fairy Workers and Starmetal Alloys instead.

Did they change which upgrade is where, nuking all builds there? I also tried re-creating Lightning Forge manually but couldn't finish it because the tiers changed, so I ended up with two open silver upgrades without being able to complete the build?

Thank you, have seen that site being mentioned here a lot, however, I have yet to manage to open it. Sets loose hell in my browser, with anti-virus going crazy over expired certificates and what not.

Certificates are meant to do two things:
1) ensure you get what you are asking
2) exchange sensitive data securely

In case of looking for game data on a wiki you don`t care for any of those, so neither you nor site owner need to bother with certificates.

Instead of trying to open https://musicfamily.org go for http://musicfamily.org and it should open without any issues. Notice the difference in 5th letter. If it still doesn`t open, then it is your browser that is faulty. Requirement to pay for certificate on a non-profit site without ads that doesn`t need one is plain dumb.
