How to unlock dwarf?

...get 200 excavations and following the tasks wich are written in the newly unlocked upgrades. The first one only has a coin requirement of 50 Qid (5e49) coins, so only get the excavations when you are able to afford these costs, since it usually is better to keep them cheap to get some fast faction coins from them, unless you need to use them for unlocking stuff.

Now I get 309 excavations
But..... I did not notice the tasks wich are written in the newly unlocked upgrades
How can I read it again

When you already bought these upgrades then you already completed the tasks, and you can already use them. This is probably the case when you can buy the Underworld diplomacy upgrade, wich unlocks the new faction coin types. Then you just must use any good faction, and then when you bought all , let's say for example all elven upgrades and you found at least 1 dwarven coin you will see the Dwarven Trade Treaty.
If you don't see the Underworld Diplomacy upgrade you should see the Passage to the Underworld, or the Sturdy Bearded Man's Quest and the Cloaked Shady Figure's Quest. The Cloaked Shady Figure's Quest unlocks the Drow, the bearded guys quest the Dwarfs.

Sorry.I didnt realized that Dwarf need underworld.
,notice that its required Good Alignments ,I almost using the proof of neutrality all time.

once you reincarnate a few times you wont need to buy and rebuy underworld diplomacy but untill then you need to purchace it every time
