Green fingers discount

I've unlocked challenges and I need to produce 1000s worth of production from green finger discount. What is that? Is it a spell that I don't have yet? I've unlocked greed drive, but I have no idea what this discount is. Is it something passive?

It is, I assume, referring to the third level goblin upgrade which is called "Green Fingers Discount", which produces coins randomly every 10 minutes. So, it should simply be a matter of letting the game run for long enough with aligned with the Goblins.

Yeah, it's referring to that upgrade. It produces coins randomly every 10 minutes, and the procs themselves give somewhere between 1x and 1,200x the production of 1 second. On average, it takes 4 procs (40 minutes) to earn.

Okay, so it says i completed challenge, but the icon is still grayed out and there's a red x on it. What does that mean?

A red x means you completed the challenge but your current faction can't use the challenge bonus.
The first tier can only be used by the same faction, the second tier by an other faction wich is indicated by the different background color, and the last tier is always for everyone.

ive been running goblins for a while and I can't get the challenge completion. I assume just to let it run with the upgrade purchased but it wont trigger.

1) Are you playing as Goblins?
2) Are you Reincarnation 2+?
3) Do you have Greed Drive (Goblin Spell Upgrade) purchased?
4) Are you trying to get it online?

The answer to all of those must be "yes" in addition to having GFD purchased.

Oh, maybe I don't have greed drive after all. Thats prolly it. I genuinely thought i had done that one. Glad I asked
