[READ ME] Forum Rules and Guidelines

Please remember that all Steam rules and guidelines apply to the RG forums here on Steam. Instead of typing them all out, I'm going to just link them below:

I would like to bring up some we seem to be having trouble with:

More likely than not, your explanation makes no sense to someone who doesn't already understand how it works If you are unable to do this, then cease participation in the discussion.
  
• Supplementary Rule #7: Guide creators are the moderators of their own guides. Delete any posts that violate the rules. Failure to do so will result in the guide being removed until offending posts are removed. Abuse of the ability to delete comments will result in the guide being taken down as well. The developer and I will be harsher on guides where links to sites with save editors/readers, save files, macros, autoclickers, and other such programs or items.

Supplementary guidelines will be added if needed, but for now, it looks like we only need the Steam-specific ones, plus the ones listed.

When a moderator or officer tells you not to do something, tells you to cease a discussion, warns you, etc., do not rules-lawyer with them.

I know it's lengthy, but it's necessary. Read them. Ignorance is not an excuse - by using the forums, you agree to abide by the rules of Steam and the group-specific rules.

Just a friendly reminder from the mod that reposting deleted or locked topics is against Steam rules, as is openly arguing with a moderator. If I deem a conversation is going in circles and getting aggressive, and it isn't stopping, then I am perfectly allowed to lock the thread.

As it apparently needed to be done, the rules have been clarified. Points not given in the rule list but after were added to the rules list. Abide by all rules, do not suggest ways around them, and do not try to rules-lawyer the forums officers or mods.
