Cannot buy Gift of Heroes

I always get error when trying to buy gift of heroes ingame for 4.99$ anyone else having the same problem? Any solution?

I wanted to buy some rubies and I get an error message also. The only thing I can think of now is if you have played the kong version is to buy whatever you want on there and link your accounts. If you don't play on kongregate, I guess all you can do for now is wait and see if they fix it.

Bought it on Kong and i couldn't transfer it through the cloud or importing/exporting. Bye 5$

Currently having that same fun problem in reverse.

Bought it on steam, linked to kong, all 3 gifts gone, unlinked acc, still gone.
Contacted support already but for the past 8+ hours i got no reply.

How did you buy on Steam? Did you have money in your wallet before you tried to buy it?

Gifts are not bound to a save but to the account. Wich means exporting and importing is useless. Even when doing a hard reset you won't loose them. Wich means usually when you linked the account from kong to Steam you should have them on both. Unless there is some kind of a bug wich means you have to ask their support, either through their website, their Kongregate Account ot with an E-Mail.

I also have money on my steam acc so it should've been quick and easy.

I'm also having this issue. I bought the first 2 Gifts through steam. I linked my steam account to Kongregate and now the gifts are gone and it wants me to re-purchase them.

Edit: I sumbitted a support ticket through Kongregate and they solved my problem for me.

I have no problem buying from their store. Have you checked broswer cookies and, perhaps, your firewall?

Was in the same case, launch the game a few times, tried maybe 8/10 times, it works in the end.

Found a solution. you have to go into you purchase history and cancel the pending transaction.
