Lightning Strike not hitting Olympian Hall

Currently in R44, the progress is painfully slow. I have Lightning Strike tier 2. I use Titan build and just noticed that the Lightning Strike never hits Olympian Hall (upgraded Hall of Heroes). I looked at Realm Weather Service and it says that Lightning Strike will not hit Hall of Heroes in at least 200 iterations.

Can Lightning Strike not hit upgraded buildings, or am I just incredibly unlucky?

There's a research that makes it always hit it. Maybe you have that one active?

The current recommendation for production in R44 is to use elves, not titans. Titans don't currently have sufficiently strong production at that point.

Made my way from R40 to dragons just by using elves last week. It's rather slow compared to R18-R39, but it will get you there.
