arcane brilliance spell tier unlock formula

on the wiki theres a written formula for how long it'll take to unlock a spell tier but im not sure if it/me is accurate, for reincarnation 64, first level of Arc Bril, spell tier 5 time came out to just over 300,000. i figure its probably in seconds to be that high so i divided down to days and its just under 3.5 days. This doesn't sound too bad but without any level of Arcane the spreadsheet on the wiki (a list of each spell tier's unlock time for each reincarnation) says itd take 7 days and 2 hours, and i question how strong just 1 level of arcane brilliance can be when there's 5 (I think) levels of time reduction. So is the unlock time for tier 5 really ~3.5 days?

The tiers arent working, im triying to get 6th tier, i´ve been casting for 7 days the spells, and none of them changed tier, and even those that say are on tier 4, it only lets me buy upgrades to tier 2
