Gift of the Gods
Sorry for the trouble: I bought Gift of the Gods yesterday via my phone (my accounts have been linked with Kong for quite a while now) and while it does show on my phone, it doesn't show on my Steam.

Now I've read what to do in case the gifts vanish after linking your account, but since this isn't exactly the same, I was wondering if I'm just missing something, or should be patient, or if I should use the same method as the gifts vanishing after linking.

Did you buy it from Steam? If so, it's same as if you linked KONG to Steam.

No, I bought it via my phone. And it does show up on my phone, just not on Steam. (both phone and Steam are linked to the same Kong account)

So you bought it via the RG iOS or Andriod App, then?

Hrm... haven't heard this one before. Are you looking at it on Steam via the game itself, or just through Steam? If you're playing it through Steam, and can't see it in-game, I'd send an email to support.

Yeah, playing it through Steam, it's not showing up there, while the other two Gifts (that I purchased ages ago) are showing up both via Steam and via my andoid device. I'm utterly confused as well. I just went out and sent them an e-mail with my Kong ID number, as well as my receipt. Do they require anything else, or would that be sufficient?

And I take it the "response time" is working days and not actual days?

If they need anything else, they'll let you know what they're missing.

Working days for them, yeah. The one who does support wasn't on yesterday, and doesn't seem to be on today, either, so unless he pops up over the weekend, I'd say start the 2-3 days on Monday.
