Dwarf/Drow Researches

Looking up requirements for my remaining undiscovered researches (at R33), they all require Dwarf or Drow. I have had them available as bloodlines as long as I can remember, but no way to choose them as a faction to play. Under neutral I just have Titan/Druid/Faceless/Merc. I notice there are builds such as Dwarf-Angel, Dwarf-Fairy etc that are meant to be available to me. Are these an unlock I've missed?

Go to a good alignment for dwarves, and evil for drows. (Drow? Drowe? What's the plural for drow)
