Getting dwarfs

I'm returning to game after 1+ year break. Im on R30. How i get faction + dwarfs? Im purchasing good faction, but nowhere i can see option to get also dwarfs. With e240 coins i don't see any upgrades for that, and i want to grind reserchs for them. I'm missing something?

Note: I had unlocked achivments that says it requires R40+, so i guess many things changed. I had also dwarwen heritiage upgrades unlocked, and done 3 challenges for them, so i'm sure i have played them before, but now i can't find way to play them. Is my save bugged, cause of lots of version changes since my last play?

You cant go dwarf because you havent unlocked prestige Research yet, so you can either pick vanilla research (via the unique building) or dwarves.

You need the Earth Core Artifact, then buy Secrets of the Underworld as dwarf or drow to unlock prestige research.

Ok that somewhat helped, but im still confused. I digged Earth Core Artifact, but how i can play as only Dwarws? I see only options to play Fairy | Elf | Angel | Goblin | Undead | Demon | Titan | Druid | Faceless or Mercienaries.

Dwarwen peace treaty, just seems to not pop up for me :C

dwarf and drow are both prestige, you get them after you pick a base faction. Dwarf is prestige for good, and drow for evil.

The point is... i don't get anything related to dwarfs, when im going good (except their heritage upgrade). I don't get theirs spell or anything. And i was playing them before, since i have unlocked achivments related to them.

Can u please type me point by point what i need to do to play them, after fresh abdication? Mb. my save is truly broken?

You can either pick fairy unique building, or dwarf trade treaty. Not both, until you get prestige research.
