Hi, so I've got a question about the researches, is there a page that has like a walkthrough for how to get all the reaserches?

As in something like (and I'm gonna make up numbers and requirements now) " Don't go Drow until R32 cause you need X amount of Gems to get C 250, A 400 and A 450. Also while doing this make sure you excavate to 3000 so you can get Artifact X. "

I know there's "GOOF"s Research tree that tells you what you need but I keep going for a certain Research before I have the income to actually get it and then have to try again the next R and so on.

Also, I have no idea what to Research as Goblin/Drow for example =) Or how to get 40 Artifacts to get the Research for the Drow.

bout goof's tree - look at the background - purple is for drow, same as if you hover over you get the info - for drow. From what i remember (with one or two exceptions) each research can be unlocked as soon as you unlock them (not all are worthy thou.souple with the time needed)

Yeah I know about the colours but a lot of them aren't worth it at all so I was just wondering if there's like a Guide on how to get all Researches unlocked and what builds to use to get them. =)

In all fairness, that tree as Snow mentioned, is your guide. It tells you everything you need to get the researches. Generally speaking I've gotten them all in the run that I open them. What I did was look at the ones I'd opened and ones coming up, if I could combined them and take out a few in one go then I'd wait, otherwise I just worked on one after the other.

As far as things like the artifact one, you have to actually go and get the artifacts. Check out the pages on the quest and lore artifacts and see what you need to do and then plan that out. I always saved my excavations until the end of the run and then would go after any artifacts that I hadn't found along with trying to obtain researches that could be completed at the same time. It's pretty easy to see how some can overlap. This includes doing challenges and trophies too. When I started the process I'd just write down what I needed to make it easier seeing what I could do at the same time and cross them off as I completed them.

Since there's no way of knowing what artifacts or trophies you've already obtained or how you played in that run to get your researches open having a step by step guide would be hard because there are so many variables. If you're looking for build help, you can check the pages on research builds and then adapt them to what you need to get. If you're looking to getting clicks then clearly you want elf with their bloodline and constantly casting their moonshine spell to increase automatic clicks. If you're looking at getting a large amount of excavations then you want the research that reduces the cost of excavations, etc. If there's something really hard Goof's site will generally have tips on how to do it.

If you get really stuck you can search the other resource pages and might find some tips if others have had trouble to... or ask specific questions here on something you're stuck on. Good luck.

Well I was just wondering if there were a guide anywhere, I Ascended last night and aren't good at writing Guides on Steam cause my mind is a bit....divided as in I can't focus on one thing at the time (and apparently shouldn't have Ascended cause I read afterwards that I should have done all the trophies first =) but I just thought that it might have been good for people that are like me and don't plan ahead to have a guide about what to do and when.

it is not that if you dont do stuff in order you wnt progress. it is all up to you how will you do things. about guides - there is one for the research start (R:16). best way is to write down the research and what requirements they have, pack them on bundles that suit your play stile and unlock, repeat untill aall are done. When you level you will unlock couple new research - repeat the proces.
