Issue with Event Feats

So I just collected a 480 stack of bones and I have all three pets. But it did not activate the feat. Do I need to have the pet active for the appropriate stack type for the feat to activate? If that's the case then I know what I did wrong, otherwise something else is wrong.

For the record: this has been brought up in three separate threads all dealing with the Event. Sometimes, reading other threads relating to the Event might give answers as to what's going on with an 'issue' in the Event.

You need to have the required pet active in order to gain the Feat when you click on it, not just owned.

I noticed that some of the event posts meandered after the original post is resolved but the meandering is too unpredictable, so it helps to have a detail like this highlighted sometimes instead of buried under other details.

My ingame hint when mouse-overing the feats says that you have to have <Specific monster active>.

No, it does not. It says having the pet, nothing about needing it active.

It's possible that in some translations, it says that. The game isn't only in English, and wording isn't always the same. They said their in-game hint. The English version most definitely does not include that wording.

Well it seemed clear enough in this household. There are up to 3 monsters, and if you mouse over the vamp it says "accompany yourself with an almight vampire, gaining powerful bonuses. click on this upgrade to activate it and deactivate other monsters (if any)".

Which means that if you have clicked one, it is active and the others are not. You are not getting the spells or bonuses of the inactive monsters, only the one you selected to accompany you... as a pet.

You've missed the point. My original post is about achieving the feats, not using the monsters. Further, I believe Slayingknaves is getting at the rudeness of RogueFireWolf's responses. However, I do agree there is no need to respond to rudeness in kind.

@Slayingknaves! - I am not the developer, nor am I tagged as such. I do not do the updates. There is no need to be rude or insulting to me, nor to bastardize my name witih swears. This is an official warning. My original response was to state that they are simply creating a multipost of something already posted, and it asked that that is not done. After, when they told someone the tooltip doesn't say something, I simply mentioned that if the person is using a different language localization, then it's possible the wording in that one is differnet, as the localizations are done by an outside source.

No, I didn't miss the point, I was pointing out how one can equate the active monster to being the pet, by the description in the English tooltip, which is relevant to getting the feat.

Also RFW was not being rude, they told you that there was no need to make new threads on the subject as the question had already been answered in another thread, and you decided to argue why the other thread was not sufficient. And some others decided to jump in and be overtly rude about it... Seems like this one is meandering as well!

They proc every day at 1:01 PM UTC during the Event. If you log on after that time, they'll pop up about 30s after the game loads.
