W400 misleading
W400 reserch says all top 3 teir buildings count as double for all purposes, however this is not true, It does not count for building trophy's. Be forwarned.

Notice how the trophies say "BUILD X building". BUILD means "buy" not "have". Oh, and "for all purposes" NEVER means for all purposes, get used to it.

to be fair, the op does have a point.

the tooltip should simply add "(except for building trophies)".

Be aware that Iron Rush trophy is an exception and DOES work with W400/dwarf 5.

"Iron Rush: REACH 750 Iron Strongholds...". Notice the word REACH, instead of BUILD. You don't need to build(buy) 750 strongholds, you just need to reach 750 by any means. Thus, W400 and Dwarf 5 do count for that. It's the same for the Dragon Challenges, which say "HAVE X Wyrm's Dens" and not "BUILD X Wyrm's Dens".
