Wording of a secret trophy, is it not as dire?

In order to supposedly unlock "no recruiting" you have to reach a set amount of gems without ever affiliating with the mercenaries.

This seems problematic to me, does this mean that ANY time I buy Oath of mercenaries, I can never get that specific trophy, or does is less dire than it seems, and it means any given abdication or reincarnation that you can hire mercenaries but if you want that specific trophy you have to either abdicate or more likely reincarnate and from that "total" gem collection NOT use mercenaries.

Or is it a trophy that if you make a mistake you will NEVER get it?

In other words, am I in trouble if I buy "Oath of Mercenaries?" Because if so I find it problematic that I can not select the buy all option without purchasing oath of mercenaries.

If you join them in an R#, you can't get it that R. You can get it any R# you want, but if you join the Merc 'faction' then you have to wait until the next R#. You can very easily get it at R29+

so basically the tropy description should be "dont join merc (this R) till you reach 1e90 gems"

it should rather be "reach 1e90 gems in a Reincarnation without joining Mercenaries (in this R)".

--> You will get this one pretty easily later; having access to research with Dwarves or later with Titans will make you skip Mercenaries on purpose for a bunch of Reincarnations ;)

There will never be a Trophy that you can lock yourself out of, DG has stated, and as of right now, all Trophies are achieveable. There's no need to change the wording on this tooltip, as the only Trophies that cross R's are the time-based ones (excluding ones such as Lineages and Research Points, due to the fact that some can be progressed through multiple R's, and one is forced to wait several).

-Amending- No Recruiting becomes unachievable for a little while during A1, but then becomes achieveable again.
