WHAT WHAT WHAT!!!!! (Verry stuck)
so I got very stuck to the point where I thought it was an ending. So I serched youtube and google and eventually found a guide so I found where I was (Just after the second ferry) and then he started explaining how a storm will take place after about a minuet, it's been ten mins and I still don't think that i'm on the same game as him, like I may have found a rare ester egg.

Ok I'll explain what I see, I see a HUGE ship thing with legs lying down very broken, in front of me is a barrier which I can't drive through, no buttons or anything, I can go over it and through a small gap as my character but if I do It eventually stops me and there is litterally nothing there, no rocks non of the details this game scatters around everywhere nothing!

The big ship looks like the ones at the broken lift and has the same emblem as the factory in the distance, I thought it was a bug so I went back to an old save and there was still nothing.

I also have screenshots but I don't know how to show them

This bit confused me as well. The barrier is extra sturdy and requires more than one full-speed ram to break down.

I assume this was set up to make sure the player stops and takes in the background walker, but a bit more visual communication of the barrier's "one hit isn't enough" nature would be nice. Possibly having several pieces fly off on the first hit, leaving it visibly weaker and giving the player feedback that something has happened. Without something like that, I felt very stuck for a while there as well.

Thank you so much I completely agree with you there.

The other way is after you get stopped the first time, if you power the engine up to full power and then hit your steam valve when its red, it will bust thru.
