Technically speaking there's no new content however the Steam version is based on the PS3 International version which had some additional things compared to the Western Xbox360 release. Most notably the Anime portraits in combat which in the Xbox 360 version were instead the CGI style portraits
Other than that the main selling point is the 4K resolution and HD cutscenes
There's always the chance someone will find a way to mod the game though.
-Reimi has been toned down a little bit
-one disc rather than several
-slightly better graphics (mostly to do with lighting)
-manual targeting
-japanese/english voice tracks
From GameFAQ
Apparantly the "Reimi toned down" refers to her being OP in the original version. So toned down = Nerf
She has/had a ridiculous crit rate and many blindside and AoE abilities. If you took manual control over her she could be overpowered
