How is the port?
As the title suggests. Already fell for the World of Final Fantasy thing.

I bet many japanese developers dont even know that such refresh rates exist in nature :nepnep:

Probably, Japans home computer market especially for PC gaming is virtually none existent.

Could have fooled me, have you looked at all the games? Its just mostly otaku's who are into them as most of the games are anime in nature.
Still downloading here and according to what you guys say, i'm gonna test things out myself and probably refund it.Stupid Japanese devs release a game right AFTER the sales period. If this is gonna suck as much as ppl say it does, i'm gonna start holding grudges cause i sacrificed a few games that i wanted to buy, for this one.
Most of the PC gaming market in Japan is Visual Novels. Refresh rates really don't matter for those.
Only downloaded 8.1GB so far and been downloading it since launch

I hate Rural internet connections
Steam is just being ♥♥♥♥ today for downlaods. I have Gig Fiber and it was only downloading at ~7 MB/s. Steam has never been good for download speeds for me for some reason. Normally it tops out around 45 MB/s, however I go to my Xbox One X or a really well seeded Torrent (Official Linux ISO for example) and I"ll get 100+ MB/s down. Maybe Atlanta is just a crappy download server.

Agree.I could max out my download speed in an instant in Uplay and Origin but Steam likes to go way slower for some reason.I did quite the research for some time now and nothing really works.
I've been tempted. There is a docker out there for Unraid (File Server OS) to setup a like a Steam Download cache. You have to use some DNS hacks, but it will cache the latest version of a game for you from the Steam servers. That way if you re-instally your OS often (I do every ~3 months or so) or if you have multiple computers, you can save Bandwidth and Time. Just gotta have the Storage Space for it all. I"m currently sitting at 79% of 12TB used though, so it might not be such a good idea till I get around to upgrading to 6+ TB drives.

Thats incorrect. There are many many articles out there about Japanese console devs who are porting their titles to PC mentioning how easy it is and how flexible stuff like reolution, frames, texture sizes etc are.

Can you link just one of these articles?
Still a better port than FFIX
They forgot to redo the game icon
