Bandito Chinchilla was clearly their favorite

Back when i played this as a kid on Psp, it always felt like Bandito Chinchilla was brought up way too often and had more effort put into it than other minigames. Almost as if it was the devs favorite. Playing this again as an adult still gives those vibes: The theme is a playable song in Entertainer, he's talked about a lot on P.A.R.K radio, and he's put into story mode cutscenes for no reason, making him the only fully voiced minigame character. Anyone else feel it?
