How to unlock ??? skill?

I found that it can unlocks by getting golden hand to that character and plays as that character then go to an arena and fights against character who in an arena.....but.....what I found is just a NPC that was sleeping. I try to play Kirito alone, play kirito with other character that have golden hand or play other character that have golden hand.....but nothing happen. WHY? Am I wrong?

Or is it necessary to pass all of episode? (now I'm in EP 5)

The requirements are listed by the skill - mostly about leveling up the character. If not, then is tied to a character event which might pup up later in the game - some even after defeating the final boss (the game goes to a endless mode after that) Those are unique skills, like the headbutt for Pina by Silica or the katana skill for Leafa.

And yea, switching character can be a good idea, though the event mark will appear nontheless, but they will tell you that they wait for a certain character. Just switch to the mentioned one and go trough the event.

Then, I have more questions --> 1. how can I unlock all side EP's CGs? (I don't know what is the trigger that lead me to the events. Uh...I mean it suddenly happened and I don't know why) and 2. Do you know where the BP shop is?
