so i launch the game and it says "Error cannot launch game without msvcp120.dll?? how do i fix this??

You don't have to download anything. Most likely, you already have those dll files in another directory somewhere. Go to File Explorer and use the search feature to look for msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll. Simply copy and paste those files to the game directory. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\REK
