Disable intel speed step then you get soild 60fps

Intel speed step in bios mass this game up big time mostly seen in world maps like first world when flying round. Also if fps is in 30s this all because speed step is lower cpu clock rate so low that it effect game. So just disable and you have a soild 60fps at all times.

Increase process AWSAO.exe to realtime priority in the task manager

I try that but manage to get 60fps but that don't work red particles that drop frame rate to single digits.
