@OP. Port is not broken. Open the menu, and it'll tell you what to do in the lower right hand corner. My guess is you either have to kill Scarlet Rain, or go to the Hall of Ichor. If it's the first 1, the map isn't supposed to update until after you beat Scarlet Rain. Also, instead of blaming the port, ask first.
@Chouchers, 1) Don't flood other people's posts with your problems when you've already created your own. Especially when your problem isn't a problem. That is working as intended, on here and PS4. Every SAO game has had a map or 2 that was designed to have "No data". Usually it's explained in game, and more often than not, it's explained that it's because the Cardinal System (the in game Super AI Game Engine) is unable to parse the data, or that the data is corrupted (not actually corrupted, but part of the plot). Usually those areas are fairly straight forward.
This game is almost next to impossible to beat without guides, unless you really wanna figure everything out yourself and take 30 hours, or you can have a guide open next to you and finish the story in about 10 hours, best guide can be found here

this dude has an in depth analysis of AW vs SAO, has every weapon in the game listed, every character, every boss, their stats, their abilities, their sword skills, Extra Quests, Episode quests and more it's the best guide for this game out there on the internet.
Also you shouldn't be complaining about a PC Port being broke when you didn't even buy the game, you don't have a little mouse icon indicating you purchased the game therefore you have not purchased the game, therefore you should be complaining about the bug elsewhere, even though it's not a bug.
Just realized, you are correct. The dude has never touched the game on PC. Seems to me he's just a CS troll.
I have the game on PS4 and on Vita, considering picking it up on Steam, but I already shelled out $100 for both the Vita and PS4 version's don't know if I wanna commit another $50 to the same game again.
I think most people who own this game (And who will own Fatal Bullet/HR or any other potentially past title of SAO) own it so they can play it while reducing the grind. As in, like you, most of us own them on consoles already, and endured the nasty grind XD. You'll still pretty much have to play with a controller cuz the KB/M scheme is awful.
If I get this game on PC I already know without a doubt, I'll destroy my BP Counter with mods to level up all my characters to where they were on PS4, just because I ain't about having to redo that nasty grind.
I've already decided though that I'm not picking up SAO Fatal Bullet on PS4 and will instead be opting for PC, same goes with all Future SAO Games if they are all going to be on PC now.
Hopefully SAO HR comes to PC after DLC 3 comes out on PS4/Vita cause if it comes to PC I'll buy that one over again in a heart beat (Even though I already own the game on PS4/Vita (Yes I buy every SAO Game on both platforms, I own Lost Song on PS4 and Vita, and HF on PS4 and Vita), as SAO HR gave me around 600 hours of game time and DLC 3 still isn't even out on consoles and it should add another 100 hours of stuff to do and grind, and it was a fun grind
Off topic, how do I get my hands on Alice and Friends.
I'mma shoot you a friend request and pm you.
You should know by now that todays gamers need guides and arrows pointing to things, they'd never ever consider doing something like talking to npcs for a hint. How gamers have fallen compared to years and years ago.
Funny how you draw the line at broken / non-existent quest markers though, thats the point you think a game is "broken" ? xd
