Anyone able to get their PS4 controller to work?

I can't seem to get mine to work. It works for all my other games, but not this one. Any help would be appreciated.

of course you could use some stupid mapping tools which dont stuff always better. if they say that a DS4 is working in the settings, then it should work.

The game don't support dinput it only support xinput so by defualt ps4 controll is useless.

okay lol, well then I better go for x360ce.

inputmapper is probably good enough too but I dont like using things that add system drivers when there's others the also work.

Just use Steams intergrated Controller.... It's under Settings. Works perfectly fine with my Ps4 controller, and no extra downloads from random sites.

oh didnt knoiw that exists. works awesome and shows PS buttons. I always used x360ce as a nice little open source tool. btw does this work with everything that uses xinput or do games specifically need to bind steam controls for that?

well I dont like both since they run on admin and stuff, which is slightly annoying imo.

this seems to be unrelated to the topic of PS controllers, also as the message said the logs are kinda needed
