FPS issue on GTX1080

Ok, i have been cheacking the forum for answers to this situation. Alas, I have found naught.
I am hoping someone out there will have the answer that I have not discovered.
I have added both the game and launcher to Nvidia Control Panel, updated the drivers, and I am still at 30fps. I run AWvsSAO in borderless mode, with max graphics. Even when I turn the graphics to its lowest setting, I have still getting 33fps.

Here are my PC specs for anyone wondering

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.0GHz (Hyperthreading enabled)
GPU: MSI Corsair GeForce GTX 1080 Sea Hawk X 8GB
RAM: Corsair 32GB (4x8GB) @ 3000MHz
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon
Storage: 1TB Western Digital (Green) HDD, Samsung 850 Evo 250GB SSD
PSU: Cougar 1200watt 80+ Bronze
Watercooling: AIO on CPU

I run a 970GTX at 60fps with max settings, but I to do the following:
-Right click on the desktop and open NVIDIA Control panel
-Manage 3D settings
-In Program Settings tab, Select AW vs. SAO (not the launcher). May have to add it.
-Antialising - FXAA off
-Antialising - Mode off
-Threaded Optimization on
-Triple Buffering on
-Vertical Sync Fast

That worked for me, I don't know if it will work for you but you can give it a shot.

-Edited for clearity for others who may have the same problem and this fix may help them.

Tried it. Worked perfectly. Thank you for empowering my "weebness".

I don't see the FPS drop below 59fps, unless it is a loading screen. It just looks so much better running at 60fps as opposed to 30fps.

yep definitely still works at least for me
for me this game use to get about 15-20 frames and turns out my pc was being dumb and selecting the integrated graphic card
when switching to the right graphic card and those settings made the frames be much better
