Yup! For safety, use the in-app deactivation option before you move systems, but you can install it again.

Sure - right click on an empty area of your desktop and select Configure Fences. In the config window, select About and then click Manage Product Key.

It may not but uninstalling would have the same effect... Also, if you are ever at a limit, it will prompt you to deactivate old \ dead PCs should there be any.

In the end, yes, you won't have an issue installing on a new PC.
