Why my Fences give me message about update?

Why i need to download it? Why steam cant download and install it for me?
Should i take this new update at all?

Will this message disappear after time? Or will it appear until I install a new update from there?

There are many, including myself that if you have the 'Wallpaper engine app' this will not work anymore together with the 'New update for Fences. I suggest that you do not update fences untill stardock have resolve this problems. However if u do not have the wallpaper app it works as normal. read on to the comments on this channel for fences to read possible howto run past the wallpaper and fences issue.

I have a Wallpaper Engine in the library, but I did not install it.
Thanks for the reply, I will not update anything yet.
