Icon Packager on Steam?

Hello. Will Icon Packager be on Steam anytime soon? Is it planned that it comes in the foreseeable future?

I tested the trial version and liking it so far. but I do not want to make another account somewhere to manage software purchases. there already are sooo many and Im trying to keep it all in one place here. so if you please could bring it to steam it would be very good.
