McOsu is not reading my beatmaps from the osu folder

i downloaded like 16 beatmaps and McOsu just shat itself i guess. When i start up the game and go into beatmaps the loading stops at 24 and loads on one beatmap that cant even be played.

Yes yes I know, the file format of the osu (stable) database has changed, there will be an update later today that fixes it.

A temporary workaround is disabling Options > General > "Use osu!.db database (read-only)", but this will dramatically increase initial loading times and cause slow star calc in songbrowser.
