Offset problem on MCOsu

I have trouble with offset
I played 1400 hours on MCOsu without problems

But since i have reset my PC, ive copy past 80Go of beatmaps in Osufolder, on every map i have offset problems :
Hitsounds and music looks good, but still playing with +50ms or +100ms

I can add +50ms manually but nothing change, or worse, or a bit

Im big player so i know when i hit perfectly or not, and i did good

Idk why its never in negative ms (example -20ms) its always in positive

I havent this problem on Osu!

Note: idk why but at each start, Mcosu is calculating star difficulty on 5000 maps

Any idea?

another suggestion is:
if maps are also offset in normal osu not only mcosu try to click f5 and reload all maps (takes long time hours) and see if it changes, if it doesn't try one map where you notice the offset and delete that map and redownload from osu website see if that changes anything,
