Using FPoSu

I'm computer-illiterate, and though I have McOsu installed and FPoSu downloaded (from here: https://sites.google.com/view/fposu/ ), I can't "extract the archive and run McEngine.exe". How do I install FPoSu?

What is even FPoSu.? dont ever download games from sites.google.com as for me 1 time i got a virus from those download watchout dude..

I know several people who have used it, including Iostux. It's not a virus, it's a mod for McOsu that let's you play it from a first-person shooter perspective.

Windows doesn't support the rar file format by default.
Download and install something like 7zip to be able to extract rars.
