cursor lag, please, help.
If I play full screen, I get a weird 300 fps cap for some reason (it’s not limited in nvidia seetings or in the options of the game). / fps:250~300, max is like 310 and ~4 ms.

If not, playing in a config like this https://prnt.sc/wdrgq8 , I get a higher fps, but my cursor lags because its not Fullscreen. Fps: up to 450 and 2.5 ~ 5 ms, very unstable.

In both cases my cursor feels not smooth and even laggy, very different than what happens in my normal osu application, where I play with compatibility mode + Fullscreen and have 2.6~3.5 ms + no cursor lag.

My cursor is laggy in all cases.

I have a gtx 1050 (laptop), I’ve tried two different nvidia settings in the gtx. I also tried using my integrated graphics. In Both had similar performances (?) and it is in battery power performance.

Any suggestions? :(

(Try disabling compatibility mode and osu! will behave the same as McOsu.)
Compatibility mode in osu! forces it to use DirectX instead of OpenGL as the rendering backend, for which Microsoft has done some magic to avoid framebuffer copies.
McOsu only supports OpenGL.

tl;dr: multi-gpu laptops (optimus etc.) are built in a crappy way. graphics drivers are bad too. you can't fix it.

Workaround: Connect an external display to the HDMI/DP/DVI port of your laptop, and pray that the port is directly connected to the Nvidia GPU. Move the game window to that external display and go fullscreen, you will be amazed at 1000+ fps.
