so 2 examples:
buffer on 11ms and you play, initially there is no crackling, but after some time playing, it starts crackling while you are playing, and the game starts to stutter as well,
then you restart the engine and put the buffer to 25ms, and the problem is fixed for now, but after some time the game starts stuttering really hard again, but this time without the crackling, until you restart the sound engine,
this bug is inevitable and will happen when you play for some time,
