McOsu

How to have hiterrorbar on HUD like it used to be?
How do I make the hiterrorbar stick to my HUD like it used to be in older versions? It is currently moving along with the play field in FpOsu when you move the mouse. I know there are new ConVars for hiterrorbar I but can't figure them out.

1 more question... Is there a way to save local offsets made in McOsu? Because they reset back to original Osu's each time the game is restarted so I always need to set the local offsets in original Osu to have them permanently.

Yes the hiterrorbar will be fixed shortly, I just have to push a new build.

Unfortunately not yet. You should not have to change local offsets for each beatmap however (except for a few exotic ones), maybe use universal offset instead?
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Ah, thanks for the hiterrorbar. I like to play with very high OD to improve my accuracy so I look at the hiterrorbar a lot, and I feel like around 11.5 OD is where you need to adjust the offset for each beatmap differently to keep up with the accuracy.
