Is there any way to get under 0.4 sens? In original game you could change it in files, but can you do it here?

yes, there are two ways:

1. Temporarily change it via the console (SHIFT + F1): mouse_sensitivity 0.1
   
2. Manually edit your cfg file and edit the same parameter (/<Steam>/steamapps/common/McOsu/cfg/osu.cfg)

Hit ENTER to apply the command you've written in the console.

However, as soon as you enter the Options menu again the value will get clamped back to the allowed range (>= 0.4). I guess I can lower the minimum value for the sensitivity down to 0.1, is that enough? Otherwise I'll have to change the logic a bit, so that the Options menu doesn't override modifications based on its limits.

I use 3 Windows Pointer Speed, so my 1600 DPI is only 400 DPI on the desktop. This is 0.25x mouse speed, if the allowed range could accomodate this, that would be great.
