Official Mod support

The recent news section just featured recommended player maps as well as the introduction of the Mod Packer and first mods (here: https://www.pcgamer.com/wargroove-mods-and-maps/?ns_campaign=article-feed&ns_mchannel=ref&ns_source=steam&ns_linkname=0&ns_fee=0 ). The game has great potential for mods, but in the past a lot of games have suffered from poor mod integration and lack of QoL (like having to remove mods before each update & reapply, mods forced to be unpacked by hand & data to be back-upped, no support for online play, etc., complicated reinstalling and uninstalling of each mod instead of check-box style "I want to use this right now").

Thus I'm wondering whether the devs are interested in creating an actual ingame UI and support for modding to make it less annoying for users.
