Not sure if people will be able to make custom co-op campaigns, but from what little I've seen the campaign and scenario editors allow a lot of freedom, so it might be possible.
Yea i am working on a Campaign by myself but this will need alot of Time :D
There is co-op, but there is no co-op official content. You turn it on in a custom map you make.
Plenty of custom maps for it, so go check one out. They're great.
To clarify, this is only a problem in online play. While online you can't set bots, so playing against AI requires you to download a specifically made co-op scenario map with preset AI players. If you're playing locally, you can use any of the standard 2v1 or 2v2 maps and just set some players to bots for co-op.
