I need help :(

I have try to play Wargroove from Steam and i still have the same error, during the intro movie, it is in a black screen and in the menu is blue screen, nothing more.
I decide to download the game from internet and see if this still happen, and when i open it is like nothing happen and the game runs like should run.
I don´t know what to do.
my computer has 2gb ram (and it run good), 32 bits system, 2,16GHz.

well, i tried everything and nope, it still gives me the blue screen in the menu with the background music =(
