bought, but doesn't work?

Hi

So I bought the game, but it doesn't seem to show up in my library.
that and it was telling me it had to update the steam licenses
and the game doesn't load or I can't access it ....
so what's wrong?

Try to restart Steam, if it doesn't work, you should ask Steam Support about it. Good luck.
