Bug Silver boatman

Hello, I'm having a problem with the Silver game.
After talking to the boatman in the city of rain he is not asking for payment.
It is impossible to continue the game as it is mandatory to make payment to the boatman to continue the game.
Please resolve this bug. Somebody help me?

Cara consegui, o negócio é que não é bem um bug.
No final das contas a gente tem um dobrão de ouro amaldiçoado mas não da pra entregar pra ele né? então, acontece é que falta vc conversar com uma pessoa, vá até a biblioteca s enão me engano, la vc vai receber a informação de que vc deve entregar o dobrão de ouro amaldiçoado ao barqueiro, não tenho ctz se é na biblioteca, mas a ctz que eu tenho é que vc deve conversar com mais alguem.
por mais que vc tenha o medalhão de ouro amaldiçoado, vc precisa da informação que vc deve entregar ao barqueiro.

Turns out I had to go back to the Gno and talk to the professors, even though I already talked to them before I went to the tavern, including the one with the instructions to summon Thaddeus.
