Saved 15 humans, Ulthane won't upgrade my Relic.
Basically what the title says. I found the 15th human, went back to the hub, talked to Ulthane, but got no upgrades to my relic. I still only have Lurchers when killing an enemy +10% and Wrath reward from Wrath Lurchers 20%.

Does anyone know a fix, is it a bug, do I have to come back at a different time?

Well...I figured it out. Turns out the game gave me the achievement and miss counted the number of humans I actually had. So when I had 14 it gave me the achievement for 15 people. The same thing happened when I found 19 instead of 20 humans. So yeah watch out for that.

It's happens when you start new game. I had 13-14 humans at first game. Started new and got 20 achievment at 7-8.
