Going back to DS1 style is a better option in my opinion. They may even give us some new armour in the future, who knows, but personally I am happy with this system.
console duh
I know, figured you played on console, was just saying before you type a response assuming i never played Darksiders 2, you could look at my profile.
Then why are you trying to BS about the loot system? it isn't a case of you discarding loot constantly, there are times where you hold onto the same gear for entire sections of the game, which is what you do with most loot system games, if your trying to discredit what I'm saying you're doing it at a gradeschool level, in all honestly my point is valid, DS3 gear system is a step back from DS2
Fashion, better stats, its not like high tier gear was dropping from the sky every 5 min...least not for me.
This is a step in the right direction imo.
In DS1 you have individually crafted weapons with unique looks, balanced stats and meticulous placements. The items felt unique.
In DS2 it was just a trash pile of beautiful weapons and armors with random stats thrown onto them by a generator. It's soulless. But I understand that it appeals to those who like Diablo-esque loot systems, nothing wrong with that.
But it's not surprising that to many it felt like a huge step back.
